✘ Canvas' don't exceed 4000px and are at 300dpi.
✦ You can request for a slightly more detailed background on your form for cheebs, halfbodies, and fullbodies, but if it isn't something I am confident I can deliver, I may not do it - so make sure to pick an alternative as well! Check out my works on my gallery page for a feel of what I can do!
✧ Characters with a complex design come with an extra fee determined by their difficulty ( $50 and up ). The design complexity guide shows what I consider a simple to very-detailed design. What I consider "detailed" is a design with a lot of parts, overlapping or separate, and a lot of small details; ruffles, lace, patterns, armor, intricate clothing or accessories, multiple wings, lots of jewelry, complex hair styles....while I enjoy drawing/adding small details, they are time consuming!
✧ You will receive a .png image
➤ My prices have the domestic fee charged by PayPal included for convenience. If you're international, or paying in a way that may incur a fee, my terms state you are required to use a fee calculator!
✘ I will send you an invoice before I begin (not accept) your commission and you must pay it within 24hrs
✧ I will send you a WIP of the sketch once complete, and will ask for feedback/alterations at this stage. Once you okay the sketch, minor changes can be made afterwards. Any major changes will be subjected to a $70 fee.

A. Client & Artist Rights

  1. The art you commission from me is for your personal use only, i.e profile pictures, wallpapers, profile displays etc. You cannot use it to sell any sort of merchandise. I do not offer commercial commissions.

  2. You may print the artwork for your personal use only. Any commercial products (t-shirts, totes, mugs, flyers etc.) are prohibited.

  3. If you share the illustration anywhere online, you are required to credit me as the artist.

  4. You may not claim my artwork as your own in any way. You may claim the character or the design as yours if it is, but you cannot claim the artwork itself.

  5. Any NFT or AI usage is completely prohibited. You will be blacklisted and blocked.

  6. Editing my artwork in any way, or tracing over it as a base, is prohibited.

  7. I reserve the right to include my watermark on the finished product. This is non-negotiable.

  8. Removing or covering my watermark is prohibited.

  9. I reserve the right to decline and accept commissions based on what I am confident I can deliver.

  10. I reserve the right to doodle in between commissions, or take full-day breaks, to prevent burnout while getting through them. Do not commission me if this will be a problem.

  11. I reserve the right to work at the pace I am comfortable with to complete any commission. Do not rush me, or I may cancel your commission and consider not accepting future requests.

  12. I reserve the right to post the artwork online on my social media and gallery, with the proper credit given to the characters owner and designer ( unless requested to be a private commission )

  13. Any comments that are rude, inflammatory, inappropriate, or non-constructive will result in blacklisting.

B. Payments, Revisions, & Refunds

  1. Payment is upfront before I begin working on your commission. If you are unable to pay upfront within 24hrs, without an agreed upon compromise and a valid reason, I will cancel your commission and may not consider accepting requests from you in the future.

  2. You the client are responsible for using a fee calculator if needed.

  3. There is no refund once the sketch has been approved.

  4. If I decide to not continue your commission you will be refunded 100%.

  5. In the case of a refund I will handle the transfer of funds. The amount will depend on what stage of completion I'm on.

C. Time & Delivery

  1. Completing commissions can take 1-3 months considering: design complexity, workload, any detailed background art, my family, my day job, and my mental health.

  2. Please understand that I try my hardest to complete commissions/illustrations in a timely manner but I struggle with constant fatigue and have other obligations. I cannot stress enough that you keep this in mind.

  3. Considering the aforementioned, I will not tolerate harassment over how long it takes me to complete your commission.

  4. If I cannot complete your commission within a reasonable time frame you will be issued a partial refund.

  5. I will inform you of any major delays that may affect your commissions completion.

  6. I will send you a WIP of the sketch once complete, and will ask for feedback and alterations. Once you okay the sketch, minor changes can be made afterwards. Any major changes will be subjected to a $70 fee.

  7. You will receive the completed illustration as a .png image through a shared OneDrive link. The link will expire after a month, be sure to download the image before then.

D. Communication

  1. Communication will be through messaging on the preferred platform specified on the form you submit.

  2. You must inform me on the request form if you want your commission to be private. If your request is complete privacy, I won't be sharing WIPS or the final illustration online (social media, gallery), and you will be charged +20% of the total commission price.

  3. You must contact me if you want another WIP after the sketch stage.

  4. You must contact me if you decide to cancel your commission and provide a reason for the cancellation.

  5. The comm-tracker is where I keep track of commission notes, progress, and requested changes. You the client are responsible for checking it regularly.
